Caroline March-Long is Sr. Director Marketing and Market Intelligence at Weidmuller USA, part of the Global Weidmuller Group based in Detmold, Germany. She is an experienced Sales, Marketing and Business Development professional who leads marketing initiatives for a global leader in Smart Industrial Connectivity and Automation. She leads a team of marketing and training professionals in developing corporate communications programs, delivering integrated digital and social marketing campaigns and burnishing the Weidmuller Brand in the U.S. Formerly she led Sales and Marketing teams in the Mass Timber Architectural Market, Healthcare Technology and Communication Networks. She lives in Richmond, Va.

Dave Cameron
Dave Cameron is Director of Product and Project Management at Bosch Rexroth – Automation & Electrification (AE). He has worked for Bosch Rexroth US for 27 years in various sales and product management leadership roles. Cameron has 35 years of automation experience with expertise in the area of control systems and the application of software and hardware for industrial machinery.

John D’Silva
John D’Silva is a Digital Transformation Leader, Machine Safety Expert, and Professional Engineer with over 33 years of global industrial automation experience. He currently heads the Siemens US Factory Automation GTM Strategy & Sales Enablement teams, shaping market strategies and driving innovation. A recognized authority in functional safety, he actively contributes as a panelist on automation, machine safety, and emerging technology forums, sharing insights on industry advancements and best practices. With deep expertise at the intersection of technology, safety, and innovation, he drives transformative solutions that enhance industrial automation and operational excellence.

Michael Clark B.TECH., C.E.T
Michael Clark B.TECH., C.E.T. – as the Director of OPC Foundation North America, Michael Clark continues his career-long advocacy on behalf of the automation industry as it transforms itself through IT/OT convergence into the digital era. With over 35 years of experience in the discipline of industrial automation and controls, Mr. Clark is internationally recognized throughout the process automation sector for his expertise in Industrial Control System (ICS) fieldbus protocols. Mr. Clark is also recognized for his contributions as a principal author of the Open Process Automation Standard (O-PAS™). As an impartial advocate for the industrial automation end-user community, Mr. Clark became the Founding Director of BusCorp Inc., a Canadian-based consulting firm dedicated to design, implementation, commissioning, and training in the competencies of ICS networks and fieldbus systems. He has supported industrial sectors across the globe including, refining & upgrading, chemicals, food & beverage, gas exploration, offshore production, water & waste water treatment, power generation, and nuclear remediation.
